Originally from Hope, Texas, Emilie brings the small-town values, strong work ethic, and community-centered mindset that immediately stood out when she joined ThriveFuel as an Onboarding Specialist. Her academic background—including her Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business with a minor in Animal Science from Sam Houston State University—paired with her customer service experience at places like Tractor Supply Co. and the Sam Houston Visitor Center, laid a solid foundation for the clear, steady communication she has demonstrated with both colleagues and clients.
Her involvement in organizations such as the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo and Cattlewomen Organization further reinforced her natural ability to connect with people. Whether volunteering, serving on committees, or participating in student agricultural organizations, Emilie has consistently shown that she shines in roles centered around communication, relationship building, and helping others feel supported. These experiences have allowed her to develop a keen understanding of client needs and how to foster meaningful, long-lasting connections.
Stepping Into the Account Executive Position
As she transitions into the Account Executive role, Emilie will focus more directly on working with local businesses in Crossroads, supporting their day-to-day needs, coordinating marketing efforts, and helping ensure a smooth, responsive experience throughout the client lifecycle. Her strong organizational abilities, familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office and Canva, and experience guiding clients through processes as an Onboarding Specialist make this a natural next step within our team.
