Please Welcome Emily Weatherly to ThriveFuel!

We are excited to share with you that Emily Weatherly has joined the ThriveFuel team. Emily will take on the role of Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO), where she will be responsible for establishing and implementing the company’s business development strategy with a specific focus on growing the agency’s “Agency of Record” accounts. Additionally, she will represent ThriveFuel in the surrounding communities, developing relationships with businesses and organization leaders through marketing consultation. Emily is passionate about media buying and helping clients to understand their media purchases and the strengths of the various media platforms available, often finding areas that are underserved and those that can deliver stronger ROI.

Emily is a seasoned marketing executive, experienced in building successfully integrated marketing plans. She has a track record of launching new service/product lines to grow revenue and market shares for the organizations she has proudly served in her 20+ years in the marketing and advertising fields. Further, she has a reputation for innovation and a proven ability to think critically and provide sound strategic and tactical counsel on complex marketing and advertising initiatives for the clients she serves. 

Previously, Emily was a founding member of Advocate Digital Media back in 2012 and served as the Media Manager at Affect Digital Media. After ADM, Emily went on to serve as Marketing and Development Director for Cuero Regional Hospital for nearly four years. Most recently, Emily was the Director of Marketing and Media Relations at Building Brands Marketing. Her experience spans all aspects of online and traditional marketing and advertising, including media buying and analysis, PR, social media marketing, website development, content development, digital communications, and creative services.

Emily is an alumnus of the University of Southern Mississippi and received her Bachelor’s in Journalism. She enjoys being an active member of her community, serving on multiple boards and committees, including the Rotary Club of Cuero and the Cuero Main Street Promotions Committee. She is a proud mother to her son, William, and her “fur child” Evie. When not working, you can find her at the gym, engaged in fitness and the incredible benefits of an active life!
