We’re excited to welcome Tyler Bouton to ThriveFuel as our new Fulfillment Manager. Tyler brings experience in project coordination, website management, digital operations, client communication, and team training.
From New Mexico to Victoria
Tyler was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. After high school, he attended New Mexico State University for two years. He married his wife, Kaleigh, and three days after their wedding, the newlyweds moved to Victoria, Texas, where they still live. This November, they will celebrate their fifth anniversary.
Tyler later earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M University–Victoria, graduating magna cum laude in May 2026.
Project Management and Digital Experience
Tyler has more than two years of project management experience, along with a background in website development and digital systems.
As a Website Manager and Web Developer, he helped manage more than 200 client websites and launched over 50 websites without missing a deadline. He also coordinated and trained an overseas development team, created quality assurance processes and launch checklists, and improved workflows using platforms such as Asana, Zapier, GoHighLevel, and Google Workspace.
Tyler also owns a digital services business focused on websites, search engine optimization, customer relationship management systems, and business automation. His work includes project planning, website builds, workflow development, client communication, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
Strengths and Professional Goals
Tyler identifies time management, communication, and problem-solving as his primary professional strengths. In his role at ThriveFuel, he will use that experience to help coordinate projects, manage workflows, and support the fulfillment process.
His long-term goal is to continue gaining experience managing teams and eventually move into technical project management. He also plans to take a Project Management Institute certification exam once he becomes eligible.
Tyler is especially excited to contribute to a team that is committed to its community and provides innovations that might not otherwise be available locally.
Outside of Work
When Tyler is away from work, he enjoys fishing, camping, reading, spending time in fellowship with members of his church, and finding activities that get him away from a screen. However, he still enjoys the occasional video game.
