Business Development Specialist (Full Time)
ThriveFuel is looking for a dynamic team player to assist our account executives in identifying businesses that are primed for growth and in of need professional marketing services.
In this position you assist businesses across the nation grow their online presence and reach new customers through digital marketing channels. ThriveFuel has several hundred clients in 46+ states and 3 countries. We need you to help us meet their demand!
Successful candidates may have experience in media sales, technology or both. You must have a demonstrable, successful track record in business to business customer service, account management or a related field.

- Develop repeatable processes for identifying ideal client types
- Explain modern, digital marketing products to decision-makers
- Ability to multitask while staying on point

Qualifications & Attributes
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience cold calling and in direct sales
- Positive attitude and self-starter
- Understanding of technologies such as Zoom, Loom and other platforms
- Ability to work independently without much supervision
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong work ethic and highly motivated to win
