Meet Emilie
Originally from Hope, Texas, Emilie brings a strong work ethic, small-town values, and a deep-rooted passion for agriculture and connection. She’s a proud student at Sam Houston State University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business with a minor in Animal Science. She also holds an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Blinn College.
But Emilie’s education is just the beginning of her story.
A Natural Connector with a Love for People
Whether she’s volunteering for the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, serving on committees with the Cattlewomen Organization, or working at the Sam Houston Visitor Center, Emilie thrives in roles that allow her to engage, inform, and connect. With customer service experience at Tractor Supply Co. and leadership roles in student agriculture organizations, Emilie has shown she’s not only organized and reliable, but also a genuine “people person.”
Her ability to make meaningful connections and understand individual needs makes her a perfect fit for her role as Onboarding Specialist, where she’ll guide clients and new team members through seamless experiences with ThriveFuel.
Skills and Certifications That Set Her Apart
From Microsoft Office to Canva, Emilie is well-versed in modern tools. She also brings SEO knowledge, event planning skills, and is CPR and OSHA certified—demonstrating both her professionalism and preparedness in every environment.
Outside the Office
When she’s not diving into onboarding processes or streamlining client transitions, you can find Emilie outdoors: spending time with her family, working with livestock, or enjoying time on the river. Her deep ties to community and agriculture shape her authentic, grounded approach to every relationship she builds.
