We are thrilled to announce that Jaclyn Brady has joined ThriveFuel! A veteran marketing guru, Jaclyn will take on the role of Chief Operations Officer, employing her nearly two decades of experience in the marketing industry to evaluate and restructure internal processes to be more seamless and scalable. Additionally, Jaclyn will serve as a leader and mentor to the entire ThriveFuel team, overseeing day-to-day operations and driving the company’s plans for the future.
Most recently Jaclyn was the Website Development Manager at Building Brands Marketing where she was responsible for leading the web development team, managing the design and development process, and even designing and developing client websites herself. She worked closely with clients and team members alike to plan and execute visually appealing websites designed to convert. In an unofficial capacity, Jaclyn mentored directors, managers and other team members on leadership, management, strategy, and more. Before leaving BBM Jaclyn was promoted to Creative Director where she could fulfill this role in a more official capacity.
Before BBM, Jaclyn was Marketing and Operations Director for SCS Vape where she not only created and executed the company’s marketing strategy, but also oversaw the day-to-day operations of four retail locations in three different towns. During her time at SCS and up to her starting at BBM, Jaclyn owned her own freelance marketing company where she primarily worked with local nonprofits like the Cuero ISD Education Foundation, Cuero Rotary Club and FutureSight, among others. Passionate about helping nonprofits to better serve their communities, Jaclyn worked with nonprofits to design and develop their online marketing, including websites, and designed promotional materials for events and fundraising campaigns. Some of her passion projects include four years of the Concert for Classrooms event and the Enduring Legacy campaign for the Cuero ISD Education Foundation.
A jack of all trades, Jaclyn co-owns a construction and remodeling company with her husband where she not only manages the job schedule, crew and books, but often gets her hands dirty helping out with client projects. Jaclyn enjoys sitting down with clients, helping them to design and plan their dream home space, and then working with her husband and crew to see that dream come to life.
Jaclyn is an alumnus of Texas State Technical College-Waco, Victoria College, and the University of Houston-Victoria. She has earned degrees in Advertising, Commercial Art, Design, and Communications. Most recently she has been pursuing her Master’s in Publishing but plans to switch to an MBA program. Jaclyn is passionate about continued learning and plans to one day teach at the college level, sharing her experience in marketing, business, and design with the next generation.
Jaclyn grew up in Victoria, moving to the area when she was 10 years old. Her father fostered her love of wildlife, the outdoors, and all South Texas has to offer. When she’s not working, Jaclyn likes to spend her time sharing her love of hiking, camping and fishing with her husband and teenage son. A self-described “gym-rat,” Jaclyn often puts in an early morning workout before heading to the office, challenging and encouraging her son to do the same. Due to her extended family being spread out across the country, Jaclyn is a big fan of road trips and only has six continental states left to visit. She also loves traveling to other countries and experiencing new cultures. An artist off the clock as well, Jaclyn dabbles in building custom furniture, painting murals, pottery and metal art. She also loves to write, spinning exciting illustrated stories for her young niece and nephew.

She has a proven track record of improving processes in a way that allows for more personalized service to the client. This allows for better communication between the client and the team, cutting down on the back-and-forth of revisions.
After years of working face-to-face with clients, Jaclyn has incredible insight into what services and products work best for different types of clients. She has a wealth of experience when it comes to marketing and campaign strategy, as well as branding and building customer loyalty. As COO at ThriveFuel, Jaclyn will mentor team members in all of these areas and more, making our already incredibly talented team even better at delivering clients the products and services they need to reach their goals.
Finally, Jaclyn is incredibly passionate about encouraging a stable work environment where employees feel supported, valued, and empowered to do their jobs. In her experience, employees who feel appreciated are more creative and better able to bring out-of-the-box, innovative solutions to traditional marketing problems. Jaclyn believes in cross-training and allowing employees to try new things. It is only through experience that individuals can discover their full potential, and so Jaclyn encourages team members to explore new areas of the agency business. She knows that employees who understand “the big picture” when it comes to client consultation and fulfillment are better able to serve clients and are much more confident doing so.
