Tiarah’s Role as Client Success Specialist
At the forefront of our client relations, Tiarah will act as a liaison, advocate, and advisor, ensuring that customers not only achieve their desired outcomes with the service ThriveFuel provides but also receive a consistently positive experience. Working closely with our sales team, Tiarah will ensure that ThriveFuel consistently goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional service.
Tiarah is the perfect fit for this role because of her analytical skill to identify problems, find solutions, and improve relationships. Her commitment to client satisfaction will undoubtedly drive our success and help us continue to grow as a company.
A Glimpse into Tiarah’s Background
Tiarah is a proud alum of the University of Houston-Victoria, where she earned a B.S. in Communication, focusing on Humanities and Mass Communication. Her tenure at UHV was distinguished by noteworthy leadership roles, notably serving as President of the Student Government Association for two consecutive terms.
During her tenure, Tiarah represented the student body on the UHV President’s Cabinet and actively contributed to various university committees. Her insights and knowledge significantly impacted the Diversity and Race Task Force and the COVID-19 Task Force, underscoring her commitment to her peers and the community.
For the past year, Tiarah served as the International Student Coordinator at UHV, championing international student involvement and retention efforts. Her contributions were instrumental in fostering international student success at UHV.
Prior to this, Tiarah held various roles at Building Brands Marketing, starting as a Multi-Media Intern and swiftly ascending the ranks to serve as Communications Analyst and then Creative Analyst. In her roles, she spearheaded full-funnel marketing strategies for clients and collaborated closely with organic social media clients to enhance their online presence and engage their followers.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Tiarah finds solace in the pages of a captivating book, exploring nature trails, and indulging in sitcoms.
